Steps

Pick Yes, No or NA for every question.

Two answers need more:
- NA on question 2: write a short reason.
- Yes on question 7: upload your latest security test (VAPT) report.

Select Save, then Submit for review.
If something goes wrong
Save stays greyed out until every question, reason and upload is complete. Look for a reason box or an upload that appeared after one of your answers.
