Roles

Roles are bundles of privileges assigned to users (e.g., Sales, Accounts, Ops, Service Provider).

Fields shown in listing

  • Role ID (system generated), Role name, Delete action; Search by Role available.

a) Creating role — step-by-step

  1. Go to User Management > Role → click + (Create).
  2. Enter Role Name and Description.
  3. Select allowed Actions/Privileges by checking checkboxes.
  4. For Service Provider role: enable Service Provider toggle → pick provider-specific actions.
  5. Click Create.

b) Edit role — step-by-step

  1. Select the role in listing → open Role Details.
  2. Click Edit, update description & actions → Save.

c) Delete role

  1. In roles listing click Delete → confirm in popup.
