Roles
Roles are bundles of privileges assigned to users (e.g., Sales, Accounts, Ops, Service Provider).
Fields shown in listing
- Role ID (system generated), Role name, Delete action; Search by Role available.
a) Creating role — step-by-step
- Go to User Management > Role → click + (Create).
- Enter Role Name and Description.
- Select allowed Actions/Privileges by checking checkboxes.
- For Service Provider role: enable Service Provider toggle → pick provider-specific actions.
- Click Create.
b) Edit role — step-by-step
- Select the role in listing → open Role Details.
- Click Edit, update description & actions → Save.
c) Delete role
- In roles listing click Delete → confirm in popup.
